Training Specialist
- Graduate of Education, Mass Communication or its equivalent;
- Strong creative skills; ability to create and customize training modules and materials;
- Dynamic presentation and communication skills;
- Ability to influence, organize, and engage work teams to carry out training programs;
- Familiarity with Human Resources functions, an advantage; and
- Computer literate, knowledge in operation of advanced Microsoft Office.
Training Officer
- Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Development Communication
- Must have above average scholastic records
- Good in written and verbal communication; proficient in English and Filipino languages
- With at least two (2) years’ experience in training and/or media production, preferably related to social media, appropriate/low-cost media and non-formal education
- Can prepare/write training modules
- Can facilitate seminar-workshops
- With at least one (1) year experience in the administration of training programs
Marketing Specialist
- Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Marketing or Business Administration
- Proficient communication skills
- Knowledge in or familiarity with all aspects of marketing such as:
- Market planning
- Market research and intelligence
- Product enhancement and monitoring
- Product promotion and pricing
- Web-based selling
- With good presentation skills and sound mathematical and statistical skills
Writer/Editorial Assistant
- Graduate of Journalism, Mass Communication, Communication Arts, or Development Communication
- Must have above average scholastic records
- Proficiency in the English and Filipino languages a must
- Must have at least two (2) years of responsible experience in editing work
- Must be familiar with all aspects of publications work
- Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Adobe program
Research Assistant
- Graduate of Communication Research or its equivalent
- Good in written and verbal communication; proficient in English and Filipino languages;
- Can do research, both primary and secondary research;
- Knowledge in proposal writing;
- Knowledge in operation of Microsoft Office; and
- New graduates are welcome to apply.
Technical Assistant for Production
- Graduate of Mass communication, Communication, Broadcast Engineering or its equivalent;
- Ability to handle technical requirements of all production- related projects
- Can assist in post-production work involving video, audio and graphics Sound FX
- Knowledge in operation of camera; and
- Experience of at least one year in similar work, an advantage.
Staff Artist
- Graduate of Fine Arts or Industrial Design
- Proficient in Adobe In-Design/or Corel Graphics suite
- Must have the ability to meet expectations while under pressure
- With at least one year experience in layout and illustration for komiks, books or magazines
- Photography background, an advantage
Sales Associate for VSR 3
(Northern, Western & Eastern Samar; Biliran Province; Leyte & Southern Leyte)
- Graduate of any four-year course
- Aggressive, with at least one (1) year field sales experience
- A team player
- Familiarity in areas of operation
- Driving skills, an advantage
On-the-job Trainees (OJT)
